Refunds & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must still have tags attached and be unworn. Items that are damaged, smell or lotions and/or perfumes, and smoke are NOT eligible for exchange. I do not issue refunds.

Items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, I will cover the return cost.
